Agreement to these terms
By purchasing or using a USIMPass eSIM or physical SIM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we revise the “last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept the changes.
The service we provide
USIMPass sells prepaid, data-only mobile plans for travel across supported European countries, delivered either as an eSIM (a QR code sent by email) or as a physical SIM card (shipped to you). Plans connect through local partner networks and are intended for personal, lawful use — they are not a replacement for your home mobile subscription.
Your device and eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country of residence. eSIM plans require a compatible, carrier-unlocked device that supports eSIM; physical SIM plans work in any unlocked phone. Checking that your device is compatible before you buy is your responsibility — our compatibility checker is there to help.
Purchase, activation and validity
Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and, where applicable, include taxes. Unless stated otherwise, a plan’s validity period starts when it first connects to a network (activation), not at the moment of purchase. The data allowance, validity, and covered countries are those of the specific plan you buy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, to resell or commercially redistribute it without our written permission, to send spam or malicious traffic, or to interfere with partner networks. We may suspend or end access in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Availability, liability and contact
Coverage, speed, and availability depend on partner networks, your device, your location, and network load, and cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any plan is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
